Komix OBH contains Succus Liquiritiae, Guaifenesin, Phenylephrine HCl, and Chlorpheniramine Maleate, a liquid cough medicine used to relieve phlegmy coughs and colds.
Composition
Each sachet (7 ml) contains: Succus Liquiritiae 167 mg, Guaifenesin 100 mg, Phenylephrine HCl 10 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg
Dosage
Adults: 1-2 sachets 3 times daily; children 6-12 years: 1 sachet 3 times daily
Directions
Given after meals
Precautions
Use with caution in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction, glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, hyperthyroidism, and urinary retention. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Caution should be exercised when used concurrently with other medications that depress the central nervous system.
